BULLSHIT?  This is difficult to say.  The NIH is generally reputable, and the numbers they cite seem reasonable– 2.5%.  That means that 1 out of 40 cannabis users experiences some degree of craving.  But, much of this may be no more than the craving for a cheeseburger or ice cream sundae.

I personally know (and have known) more than about 200 cannabis users and I have not heard of, nor seen, cannabis craving.  It may have occurred, just unbeknownst to me, and no close friends who used cannabis ever reported, nor exhibited any cravings.  So, your Auntie BS thinks this article is much ado about nothing.  And, calling it a “disorder” IS BULLSHIT.  Is craving chocolate a “disorder”?  Is craving pizza a “disorder”?  So, readers, keep this in the back of your mind, but I would certainly not worry very much about this.
