What did you think when you read this title?  That cannabis causes adverse changes in the brain.  That’s what MOST people would think, glancing at the title.  All the article is about is the Pavlovian response to cannabis.  Of COURSE a positive experience will bring positive reactions when reminded of it.  It’s the same as looking longingly at a pizza, hamburger, or ice cream sundae.  Since the positive effects of cannabis are considered better than the aforementioned reward foods, and last longer, is it any surprise that thinking about a cannabis high is more exciting or memorable than thinking about a chocolate bar?

The honest title of this paper should have been “Cannabis users look at cannabis fondly”.
