This study suggests that cannabis may interfere with the restoration of neural connections.  The title is misleading in that the title is positive, but the details point out that cannabis may prevent this sort of useful connectivity, possibly refuting earlier studies that suggest that cannabis aids neural connections.  Given such conflicts, the jury is still out.
